In this role, you will:

Account Manager Duties:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing Microsoft Dynamics clients.
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Monitor account health and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Resolve client concerns and challenges by collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
• Prepare sales reports and account plans and provide timely updates to management.

Project Manager Duties:

• Support Microsoft Dynamics implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and scope to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Report project outcomes and/or issues to senior management as needed.
• Create detailed project timelines and allocate resources accordingly.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
  

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work environment.
• Use of modern project management and CRM software.
• Frequent interaction with high-profile clients.
• Periodic travel may be required.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, or other related platforms. Dynamics Certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
