Centric Consulting is an international management consulting firm with expertise in digital, business and technology. We are looking for a  Technical Project Manager  to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:   

• Guide the full lifecycle of projects and products by developing the roadmap, writing user stories and requirements, managing delivery, and measuring delivered value as the project progresses.
• Apply customer obsession and focus on improving user experience, engagement and efficiency at each project step.
• Work with teams to establish product development and release strategies with corresponding product deliverables and deliverable calendars/timelines.
• Manage complex task break downs, ensuring optimum organization and efficiency.
• Coach individuals, teams, and management in lean-Agile mindset and practices.
• Help teams manage the flow of value across multiple teams using multiple Agile frameworks, tools, and information radiators.
• Collaborate with other coaches to develop team standards, performance metrics, tools, and best practices, including working agreements, definition of done, and definition of ready.
• Work hands-on with technical teams to facilitate technical and code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Who you are:   

• Experience with Project Management and continuous improvement.
• Experience organizing and communicating complex concepts.
• Experience managing technology projects.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedure within the Program Management field.
• Gather unrefined requirements from multiple sources and develop a solution.
• 6 plus years of combined experience as a project manager, technical project manager, and program manager (across many projects).
• 4 plus years of combined experience working in complex Lean-Agile environment supporting multiple teams and dependencies in an enterprise organization using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• 2 plus years of experience as a Scrum Master and Sr. Scrum Master working with multiple teams
• Experience working with Agile tools e.g. Jira, Rally, ADO, VersionOne.
• Facilitate teams through tough conversations and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
• Challenge and remove team, organizational and cultural impediments promoting change that increases the Scrum teams' productivity.
