What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Project Manager position at Centrical Inc.?
Essential Duties:
- Monitor and manage progress of construction crew/crews throughout the duration of the project.
- Coordination with the Crew/Facility Operations.
- Scheduling.
- Manage procurement of necessary material and coordinate with vendors.
- Review bid packages.
- Assemble reliable project budget and schedule and advise on recovery measures as may be required.
- Report on quality of the work and manage resolution of all non-compliance items.
- Review Payment Applications and other associated invoices.
- Review Change Order Requests, allowances, and use of contingencies.
- Assist in obtaining all permits, inspections, and approvals.
- Assist in maintaining current project files.
- Assist in training and mentoring of junior staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,800.00 - $83,200.00 per year
