This is where you come in…


Your Impact

Serving as the Culinary Director your main responsibility will be the oversight of CRG’s commissary kitchen. You will be an integral part of building the policies, procedures, and systems that will be implemented at CRG’s commissary kitchen. As the Culinary Director, your key goal will be to bolster commissary food production for all CRG storefront locations; as well as CRG’s catering and delivery programs. In addition, you will be responsible for supervising commissary kitchen staff and training the team on important operations protocol.


Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

 

1) Operations: Oversee safety and sanitation standards. Run consistency and quality control for all CRG commissary kitchen products. Manage food and labor costs. Implement protocols for recipe creation and eliminating food waste.


2) Distribution: Manage the distribution of products to multiple CRG store fronts. Oversee distribution operations including inventory, transportation, maintenance and ordering systems.


3) Delivery Program: Build CRG’s delivery program from a one store operation to a robust delivery program. Create delivery policies and procedures. Oversee cross-functional communications between back of the house, delivery staff, and management.


4) Leadership: Assist in the training and supervision of all Centro commissary staff. Create weekly commissary kitchen schedules. Attend leadership meetings. Set company-wide goals for commissary kitchen production.
