Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a progressive care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to progressive care patients, including monitoring and assessing their condition, administering medications, and implementing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
