Job Duties

Location : Preference will be given toresources local to Grand Rapids Michigan and all work must beperformed in alignment with the Eastern US time zone.

The ideal candidate for this role has10 years of relevant work experience. Follows company softwaredevelopment lifecycle to design code configure test debug anddocument system and application programs.

Assists in preparingtechnical design specifications based on functional requirementsand analysis documents. Reviews functional requirements analysisand design documents and provides feedback.

Collaborates with otherdevelopment staff to achieve quality and consistency. Participatesin architecture design and code reviews.

Develops and maintainsoperational and system level documentation.

Thisposition requires 10 years experience in implementing ServiceNow asa platform and 5 years experience with the Strategic PortfolioManagement.
