Description

Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.

We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Westville Correctional Facility located in Westville, Indiana.

The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted IN APRN license
• Active, unrestricted DEA
• Ability to pass background screening

Available Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 5 - 8 hour days or 4 - 10 hour days
• No nights, holidays or weekends
