Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Florid Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join our team at Lowell Correctional Institution located in Ocala, Florida. No deliveries, no rounding. This position is primarily gynecology procedures and women's healthcare, clinic based.
Monday - Friday 8:00 to 4:30. No nights, holidays or, weekends
The OB/GYN provides obstetrics and gynecological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for incarcerated female patients and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing services to patients in a correctional setting. OB/GYN services include routine gynecological and obstetrics care, prenatal care, specialized obstetrical services, postpartum care, and women’s health education.

Qualifications
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
• Active, unrestricted MD/DO license required
• Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
• Ability to pass credentialing and background check
