MHM Solutions, a Centurion company, is proud to be the provider of healthcare staffing solutions to state agencies within the state of Pennsylvania.
We are currently seeking a Full Time Telehealth Patient Facilitator to join our team at Wernersville State Hospital located in Wernersville, Pennsylvania.
Pay range $25 - $27/hour
Responsibilities
The Telehealth Patient Facilitator will assist with the flow of patients in and out of the TeleHealth clinic and remain present during the clinic session. Other responsibilities will include educating the patient on the nature and process of TeleHealth, navigating and reviewing patient information using the Electronic Medical Records system, and maintaining and assisting the provider in using the TeleHealth equipment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Telehealth processes and procedures is preferred.
- Background in mental health or physical health preferred.
- Previous administrative and/or medical knowledge required
- CNA or MA is a plus
Available Shift
Full time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week, 7:30a - 4pm..
