What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychologist position at Centurion?
Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Georgia Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-time Psychologist to join our team at Hancock, Macon and Telfair Prison facilities in Georgia.
Responsibilities
The Psychologist provides psychological leadership, consultation and direct services for patients in an assigned facility. The Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients.
Qualifications
- Must have a Georgia license
- Be able to clear a criminal background check, drug test and NPDB
- Must become or currently be CPR certifiied
- PhD or PsyD Clinical Psychologist
Available Shift
10-hour weekday (remote)
Must travel to all 3 sites ONE day a month.
