We are looking for someone to oversee our Agent Support activities.
Essential talents and skills include: SOCIAL MEDIA SAVVY, assisting agents with MARKETING needs, answering multiple phone lines with warmth and friendliness and other duties as assigned. This Team Member MUST have a deep desire to help others, "We Change Lives Everyday"
The ideal candidate will possess the following behavioral traits: proactively handle challenging people and/or situations, be able to multi-task, have a high level of empathy and consideration of others, establish and nurture personal relationships, be driven, and keep calm under pressure.
Must be SOCIAL MEDIA LITERATE in a business environment environment, EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS including Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Publisher, Word, Excel, Power Point); possess superior phone skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, plus an ability to display grace and professionalism. The successful candidate will be energetic and a flexible self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a team environment. Monday - Friday availability.
