Director of Nursing Services – Fayetteville, NC

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to become the Director of Nursing Services for our 88-bed facility. This position will provide clinical and organizational leadership and support to a nursing staff and oversight of the budger. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of supervisory experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff.

Qualifications:

• Required – BSN (or RN with non-nursing bachelors) with NC License as a Professional Registered Nurse
• Required – Minimum of 3 years experience in leadership in a Long Term Care environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a diverse staff
• Ability to understand and manage (or desire to learn to manage) a departmental budget
• Working knowledge of EHR  software – AHT preferred
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation
