Shipping Clerk

Job Summary: Self-motivated individual to receive, process, tag, store and organize all product incoming to Grand Vision Gaming. Shipping and delivery of parts from Grand Vision Gaming.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

· Receive count and verify all product incoming to Grand Vision.

· Properly tag/mark/stock all non-conforming parts/material as directed.

· Perform inspections for proper safety marks and certifications and document per Grand Vision documentation policy.

· Scan all serial numbers of applicable parts being received into accounting system for usage.

· Stock all parts in appropriate locations as received.

· Maintain proper shelf labeling, and organization of all parts in the department.

· Effectively package and ship all outgoing items as directed daily by 4pm.

· Deliver packages to UPS/post office as needed for express or late shipments.

· Make parts runs to pick up and or deliver parts to customers or to pick up parts for production.

· Build parts kits or assemble certain items that need basic sub assembly prior to production or sale. (Bezels on BA, Printers. Put together chairs etc.)

· Build & verify production skids for upcoming production builds as directed.

· Maintain work vehicle inventory as directed by parts.

· Keep work area safe and clean.

· Break down and dispose of all boxes as needed.

· Fork lift experience a plus.

· Crosstrain in production as needed and or directed.

Requirements:

· High School Graduate or GED

· 2yrs warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

· Ability to lift 75lbs

· Valid Driver’s License

· Must be able to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

· This role routinely uses standard office equipment (computers, phones, fax machines, photocopiers, and filing cabinets).

· Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.

· Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, carry, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level.

· Ability to work in confined spaces.

· Ability to maintain repetitive motion.

· Ability to use hand tools and test equipment.

· Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.

· Ability to lift 25pounds regularly.
