You’ll collaborate with our finance leadership team to enhance financial performance and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, overseeing company-wide consolidation.
Prepare and review financial statements.
Address inquiries from operations and vendors promptly and efficiently.
Manage and supervise direct reports and third-party outsourcing.
Assist in preparing annual financial statements and tax filings across multiple states.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Assist with accounts payable functions.
Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Strong understanding of GAAP and finance principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with effective organizational abilities.
Preferred experience in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with complex consolidations (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
