Health Insurance Sales Agent

Century Health & Life is expanding our sales team in our Pompano Beach office. We are hiring 2-3 driven sales agents that LOVE to sell.

Must have 1 year of experience working in a health insurance phone room/agency or three years of sales/customer service experience. 215 and 240 licensed agents are preferred.

Office Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6pm. Friday: 9am to 5pm.

Commissions are direct deposit to your checking or savings account EVERY FRIDAY, NO HOLDBACK!

• Place an average of 10 deals per week, earn an average commission of $1500 per week.
• Place an average of 15 deals per week, earn an average commission of $2000 per week.
• Top Agents often close over 10 deals a week.
• Average time it takes to sell a deal is around 20 minutes.
• Get paid cash bonuses and spiffs daily and weekly!

To work at Century, you should:

• Be able to travel and work out of our Boca Raton office (NO REMOTE)
• Have a 2-15 or 2-40 license, or the ability to become licensed. We help pay for your licensing!
• Have a great attitude and work ethic and be coachable.
• Have phone sales/call-room experience.
• Have the desire to make a LOT of money
• Have a clean background check
