What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Century Park Apartments?
Responsibilities:
- Help manage 9 properties around Reno and Sparks.
- Help with office duties such as filing and other clerical work.
- Create and execute leases with tenants.
- Create maintenance work orders.
- Complete move-ins and move-outs for all 9 properties.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Post notifications.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must have your own vehicle and a NV driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
