Cenvar Roofing an immediate opening for a Headhunter in Lynchburg, Virginia. This full-time opportunity will be responsible for Identifying and screening top level talent throughout Virginia.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Utilizing creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
• Aggressively perusing candidates via Linkedin, cold-calling, networking, etc.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and organizations to build a strong network.
• Assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hire requirements and keeping employment contracts up to date
• Adhering to legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices, including equal employment opportunity regulations.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge and understanding of company positions, benefits, hierarchy and structure.

• Other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
• At least three years of previous HR recruiting work experience
• Experience building and driving talent attraction initiatives
• Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, actively listen and ask pertinent questions
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured on the company auto insurance policy

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $80,000 per year
