Overview:
Seeking a passionate Office Manager/Marketing Assistant about bringing innovation to life in the cannabis industry. My client is a leading company in our field, they are dedicated to creating a positive and inspiring workplace culture that fosters personal and professional growth for our team members.
Location: Venice, CA (some travel to Torrance)
Pay: 20-23 per hour (OT monthly first Friday events)
Duties:
- Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with various administrative duties and tasks, such as picking up mail, shipping equipment to clients, and packing everything for transport to trade shows.
- Event Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, ensuring they run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on attendees.
- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and welcoming office environment.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Office Cleaning: Take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy workspace for the team and act as the go-to person for office cleanliness and organization.
- Visitor Host: Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring they have a positive experience while representing the company's values and culture.
- Snack & Meal Coordination: Keep the office pantry stocked with a variety of snacks and beverages. Arrange and order meals for the team on Fridays to create a delightful work environment.
- First Friday Events: Assist in coordinating and participating in our company events for First Fridays, fostering community engagement and connection.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
- Ability to commute to Venice and Torrance, CA
- Motivated self started
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
