ROLE OVERVIEW
If you are passionate about process improvement and data integrity, we want to talk to you. We are looking for an innovative CRM administrator with a passion for the customer and life safety to build, maintain, and expand our web-based CRM that supports all business functions including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
We are looking for a CRM Administrator experienced in web-based CRM management with experience using HubSpot. Your main responsibilities will include: workflow and territory management, data integrity and validation, supporting tech stack integration with API calls, building reports and dashboards for business leaders, and expanding our current CRM buildout. As the CRM administrator, you will bridge the gap between the CRM system and the people using it, and you will act as the primary advocate for the CRM system in the organization. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, operations, HR, and finance to ensure the CRM is used effectively to accomplish business goals. This is a fast paced and demanding role with high visibility within the company.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Administering HubSpot CRM and tech stack that supports all business functions at CertaSite
- Working in cross-functional teams to drive innovations and improvements by collecting business requirements and ensuring the effective use of the CRM to accomplish business goals
- Building and managing automation workflows that support all business functions – lead assignment/nurturing, sales territories, operations territories, customer marketing, service tickets, etc.
- Managing CRM architecture and expansion
- Creating and executing on technology roadmap for CertaSite and our integrated tech stack
- Protecting the integrity and validity of our data
- Building reports and dashboards to provide insight to business leaders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in web-based CRM administration
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HubSpot
IDEAL QUALITIES
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, HubSpot certified preferred
- Demonstrable experience working in cross-functional teams to support business needs and goals regarding web-based CRM administration
- Experience working in web-based CRM to build/manage automation workflows, HubSpot preferred
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience building out web-based CRM architecture and integrating CRM with entire tech stack using API calls
- Strong background in data integrity and validation
- Demonstrable experience building reports and dashboards to provide insight to the business
- Good at problem-solving and communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, grammar, and punctuation
- Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects
- Takes initiative, can work without supervision and begin tasks independently

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
