Java Software Engineer (W2 Only)

12 Months Contract (W2) [Strictly No Third Party Candidates]

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in cloud development, particularly with Azure services.

Strong experience in Java and React for front-end and back-end development.

Hands-on knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Expertise in secure software development lifecycle practices.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on goal-oriented delivery.

Experience with Docker and REST APIs is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Azure Functions, Event-Driven Architecture (e.g., Event Hub, Kafka), and integration patterns with Azure services (e.g., APIM, Key Vault, App Config).

Proficiency in React and Node.js.

Understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, Redis, and MongoDB.

Competence in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with GIT-based source code management tools.

Cloud deployment experience is a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust RESTful services and APIs, focusing on microservices and micro-frontends architecture.

Create detailed technical solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Develop and perform unit testing on components as defined by project requirements.

Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Work closely with architects, designers, and enterprise framework teams to deliver optimal solutions for both business and IT.

Ensure non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, reliability) are integral to the solution design.

Maintain high standards in code quality and ensure comprehensive testing.
