We have weekend shifts that we pay bonuses for.
We have 12 hour shifts for 6-6 or 11-11.
We also have standard 8 hour shifts.
We are very flexible.
We will also pay for relocation expenses.
Duties include:
- Provide kind and compassionate care and customer service for our residents.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications and treatments to residents and monitor residents' responses.
- Record residents' medical information and vital signs.
- Assess, monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in residents' conditions and communicate with families and physicians.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate resident care plans.
- Provide direction to CNAs.
Requirements:
- Must have active Illinois license in good standing as a RN or LPN
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Priority on quality customer service
