QC Inspector

JOB SUMMARY:

QC Inspector is the Management Representative for the Quality Management System, having responsibilities according to the system/product certifications related to the manufacturing location, ensuring that the necessary processes of the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Participate in the development of the local QMS documentation, CoC, DoC, DOI, DOO, and other quality-specific documents.

· Help Quality Manager during surveillance and certification audits preparation.

· Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions proposed as a result of nonconformities/opportunities for improvements from internal and external surveillance and certification audits.

· Perform as Lead auditor/member in the audits team and in other activities related to Quality Management System maintenance/development.

· Help organize & lead Quality Management Review (QMR).

· Provide on regular basis quality system status reports to Top Management based upon the area of responsibility.

· Participate in Internal Quality Management system audit according to Internal audits annual plan (system/process): confirms Audit program, Audit report.

· Drive the development process of local QMS.

· Reports to the top management the performance of the quality management system and ensures any need to improve and promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

· Keep control of the records of QMS. Informs related personnel.

· Reports system/process audit results to Top Management.

· Report, manage and drive closure on escaping defects, audit findings, product holds, and violations.

· Coordinates and interacts with internal departments and external parties such as consultants and regulatory authorities on quality matters.

· Actively participate in all activities and processes related to the position, according to the Quality Management System.

· Respect the company's code of ethics.

· Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Education and Training: High School education or equivalent or as deemed sufficient by management

· Technical Requirements: Computer literate; Knowledge of common types of measurement and monitoring equipment; Relevant experience with implementing Regulatory compliance requirements in the industrial sector; good verbal communication skills

· Experience: At least 3 years work experience in similar role, or as deemed sufficient by management
