The Production Manager will be responsible for the fabrication, paint, and assembly operations, ensuring that all production facilities, staff, equipment, and operations meet company objectives and production requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all production processes at production locations including fabrication, paint, and assembly operations
- Ensure that all production facilities, staff, equipment, and operations meet company objectives and production requirements
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and service as needed
- Participate in management planning to ensure that production processes are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to optimize production efficiency and meet customer demand
- Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage and develop production staff to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related preferred
