Project Manager-Low Voltage

Join an exciting and growing company located in Long Island New York!

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects for multiple customers. You will:

- Manage low voltage projects, including access control, video management, intercom, fire alarm, telecom infrastructure, and area of refuge from receipt of PO to final sign off

- Conduct requirements analyses to understand project scope and objectives

- Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets

- Lead project teams and coordinate resources to ensure successful project completion

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to maintain completion goals and project profitability

- Ensure adherence to safety standards

- Ensure adherence to quality management standards and best practices

- Facilitate meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders

- Manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies

- Produce written project documentation in narratives and spreadsheets

Your Skills

To excel in this role, you must:

- Be able to manage, supervise, and direct IBEW union technicians

- Be self-sufficient and self-starting

- Be experienced working and traveling in New York boroughs and surrounding areas

- Have strong project leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing multiple simultaneous projects

- Be proficient in the use of various software tools including the full Office suite, BlueBeam, Procore, Trimble etc.

- Have excellent meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants and drive productive discussions

- Strong conflict management skills to resolve issues and maintain team cohesion

- Have superior communication skills both written and verbal

- Be able to develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and calendar timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
