Job Posting for Admissions Concierge at Certus Healthcare- Point Place

Point Place Healthcare & Rehabilitation, owned and operated by Certus Healthcare, is seeking an Admissions Concierge to join our team!

We offer full benefits, 401K, tuition reimbursement and competitive wages up to $18 per hour.

We are interested in someone who:

  • Is familiar with medical terminology
  • Has at least once year experience with admissions
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office products
  • Must have prior experience in long term care
  • Has prior experience in customer service

This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the healthcare field in a non-clinical role. This position will be responsible for completing inquiry calls with hospitals and families, will greet families and new residents, will complete facility tours and admissions paperwork. We are looking for this person to ensure consistent and effective process for coordination of admissions, bed management, and customer service in our community.
