Job Title: Broker Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for nearly all things Broker. Works directly with brokers to promote EM business by addressing any commission related challenges. Responsible for broker account data accuracy within SAP C4C, including appointment records, tax ID’s and commission records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains proper internal controls with respect to current broker dataMaintains the integrity of current broker data in the EyeMed SAP C4C environment

Develop, maintain, monitor and report against department standards/results

• Drive service results by closely monitoring work queues and promptly responding to internal and external customers to drive satisfactionBuild, enhance and maintain all current broker information including appointment status, Commission payment information, contact information, etc.

Continue to improve the quality, breadth and depth of the Broker information in SAP C4C and the EyeMed Broker experience.

• Maintains effective and on-going communication with key customer interfaces, including EyeMed Sales and Account Management and Broker representativesEffectively manages multiple lines of communication including face-to-face, email and phone interactions.

Has a working knowledge of interface systems that include SAP C4C CRM and SAP.

• Identify and recommend systems and process modifications necessary to effectively and efficiently support the needs of the service organizationMaintains a detailed knowledge of the SAP C4C CRM system/capabilities and applies knowledge to improving the service to EyeMed’s Sales and Service teams

Analyzes and evaluates issue trends to ensure continuous improvement

• Support EyeMed projects and initiatives as needed

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience required
• 1-3 years of experience in business operations
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of EyeMed’s Sales and Account Management processes, specifically with regards to Broker involvement and requirements.
• Ability to research and analyze financial data.
• Strong customer service focus. Must be able to work efficiently with strong personalities dealing with issues often related to earned commissions.
• Experience working in SAP or similar CRM platforms is a significant plus.
• Working experience with SAP.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Ability to concisely summarize information and provide workable solutions.

• Start date: IMMEDIATELY
• Length of assignment: 3/31/24 (potential extension)
• Location: Mason hybrid (1 day a week required in office, 2 days in office every third week of the month); remaining days are remote
• Onboarding will be a combination of in office and remote training

Specific Skills Needed:

Strong PC Skills, (SFDC, Excel, PDF, Microsoft Outlook), Attention to Detail, and Customer Service Years of Experience Needed: 5 years

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
