At CESO, an Inspector assists with a wide range of shopping centers, restaurants, and convenience store projects within the United States. You will have primary responsibilities that include:
- Conduct in-field inspections and analyze data of existing parking lots and ADA accessibility.
- Provide improvement recommendations.
- Assemble remediation plans.
- Coordinate with construction teams through completion of improvements.
- Design construction documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position requirements include:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in civil engineering, or construction management preferred.
- No previous experience required.
- Experience in AutoCAD and/or field inspection is preferred.
- Valid driver’s License required.
- Travel required.
