Reporting and Billing Associate

What we need:

Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking a Reporting and Billing Associate for our company’s office located in El Segundo, CA. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide operational support to our broker-dealer clients.

What you will do:

• Provide Operational and Customer Service support for the various departments within Cetera and our advisors focusing on Cetera’s advisory/asset-based programs
• Responsible for the daily processing of work associated with the department to include:

- Asset-based billing
- Responding to inquiries from internal as well as external customers via email and phone
- Perform various account calculations/reconciliation
- Perform research as requested on customer accounts
- Other duties as assigned

What you need to have:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• 2-3 years of related experience in a professional environment
• Specific knowledge of industry and/or operational processes
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data in detail
• Ability to make sound decisions or recommendations quickly and confidently
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $47,000 - $52,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
