CETRULO LLP SEEKS A REAL ESTATE AND/OR CORPORATE ASSOCIATE WITH 2 – 4 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.

MUST BE ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN MA (R.I. OR CT. HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED) FAMILIARITY WITH COMMERCIAL ASPECTS OF A GENERAL REAL ESTATE PRACTICE, INCLUDING PERMITTING, ACQUISITIONS, DISPOSITION AND LEASING (AS WELL AS LENDER/BORROWER REPRESENTATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH ACQUISITION AND/OR CONSTRUCTION LOANS) AND GENERAL CORPORATE EXPERIENCE.
