What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse 2nd shift position at CEVA Logistics?
YOUR ROLE

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks and duties.
- The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management.
- The current opening will be focused on inventory Cycle Counting.
- Accomplishes all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Order reconciliation (Manage order status to ensure SLA are met)
- Email communication with support groups to release and replan orders
- Reviewing SLAs
- Researching inventory discrepancies and placing holds on missing inventory causing orders to be short
- Systematically reversing pick and relocating product
- Reporting customer inquiries related to order status
- Picking and check packing orders
- Assist Supervisor / Manager on special requests, white glove and dangerous goods orders.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work independently.
- Experience working in similar role in manufacturing, transportation or warehouse setting.
- Team player / detailed oriented.
- Ability to perform physically intensive labor including the associate is regularly required to talk; hear; stand; walk;
use hands and fingers to handle and / or feel; reach with hands and arms; be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk for periods of time and stand for periods of time.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
- Must be able to perform duties in a warehouse environment while working closely with others, working well in busy conditions which may be noisy at times.
- Ability to take direction and work in accordance to set standards of performance and safety.
- Education : High school diploma or GED preferred. Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior experience.
