Job Posting for IT Support Technician at CFL Technology Source
CFL Technology Source, a local IT service provider is seeking a candidate for a IT Support Technician. Candidate must have solid experience supporting and troubleshooting PC hardware and software, including printers, Windows operating systems, and light networking. Requirements:
1 Years’ experience in computer network management is required
A certification is preferred - Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills a must
Experience operating within a Windows environment and proficient internet navigation skills
Has experience troubleshooting technical problems with personal computers, peripheral equipment, software application, networks and other devices
Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner, both verbally and in writing
Ability to listen carefully, be patient, and adapt to customer situations
Duties:
Assist users by accessing their workstation remotely
Daily Backup check
Creation of new users accounts on Local Network and Cloud Systems
Reload Microsoft Windows OS on Workstations
Light maintenance and upgrade of Computer Hardware
Work on trouble tickets from our Monitoring System and resolve system errors
Work on projects and search for new solutions
Onsite service when necessary – Average once bi-weekly
