Controller

CFO Hub is seeking a Controller for a large, established company in the Manufacturing industry. The position is with this client and not with CFO Hub. This company started off as a small aluminum boutique in 2006, today, has evolved to be recognized as the most innovative extruder on the West Coast.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee accounting activities including AP/AR, Purchasing, and Vendor Management.
• Maintains records of invoices, debits, and credits.
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments and from customers.
• Demonstrates positive leadership traits at all times
• Posses strong verbal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels
• Responsible to communicate the unusual or our of norm situations to upper management
• Maintains a clean and well-organized work area
• Show consistent on time attendance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
• Previous Manufacturing experience Required
• Distribution experience preferred
• NetSuite experience Required
• Three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Comfortable with meeting deadlines and budgets
• CPA License or licensing in-process preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
