Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients’ executive teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with their company goals.

Provide strategic financial guidance to business owners, leveraging 15 years of diverse industry experience.

Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to identify not only potential pitfalls, but significant opportunities for growth.

Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, offering insights and recommendations to drive profitability and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience as a finance and accounting executive across various industries, including service and manufacturing companies.

CPA qualification preferred.

Proven track record of working closely with business owners to achieve strategic growth objectives.

Strong analytical skills and ability to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Experience working with highly successful and ambitious business owners, providing guidance and support in navigating challenges, and providing experience to support their need to know what they don’t know.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work as a W-2 employee
