TEAM MEMBER CFS COFFEE
Job Description:
Service of food and/or beverage to include order-taking and making of fresh juices, coffee and health food items. Restocking and maintain an appropriate inventory of products. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
Job Function:
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volumen.
- Anticipates customer and store needs.
- Costumer Service Experience.
- Follows CFS COFFEE operational policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Previous experience required Basic Qualifications. Prior hospitality, Health Food, and Barista experience preferred.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Prepare food and beverages experience
- Available to perform many different tasks
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
- Bilingual English-Spanish
