The role of the Creative Director (CD) is to preserve integrity in line with CG Creative’s vision while driving creative strategy and concepting for various brands overseeing Brand Strategy, Digital, Video, Events, Presentations, and Experiential Creative Communications.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the creative vision of CG Creative is reflected in the quality of work and brand standards of the Creative Department and is responsible for the creative direction, brand guidelines and design policies for the agency
- Work with Creative Production Supervisor to assign creative teams based on skillset and schedules
- Supervise project creative team including creative director(s), art directors, copywriters, illustrators, productions artists, drafters,
- Overseeing the review process of deliverables in line with project teams and client expectations
- Inspire and lead project teams to create strategic and memorable experiences to deliver outstanding brand and business results
- Collaborate and partner with Account and Producer teams to craft innovative visual narratives for clients that provoke, inspire and engage the audience
- Presenting work to clients developed by internal teams
- Providing clear direction to internal staff on feedback and reviews
- Elevate overall creative approach and drive brand consistency across all physical and/or virtual experiences
- Maintains a solid knowledge base of CG Creative creative capabilities and methodology for delivering strategic, design, brand and guest experiences
- Create and manage all internal and external creative direction including brand, design, video, event and presentation guidelines
- Maintain the highest of standards for all creative and production outputs

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven Creative Direction experience, demonstrating innovation, flexibility and best-in-class
- 15 years’ experience in Advertising Agency or creative department
- Effective at building relationships. Ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and departments; handle
- Portfolio of breakthrough, thumb-stopping

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job currently operates remotely. Once COVID restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so, the role may operate in a professional office environment.
POSITION TYPE/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
