Relationship Manager - Wealth Management
As a Relationship Manager for CG Financial's Wealth Management Division, you will be an integral contributor as we serve clients. You'll operate in a team environment, focusing on the firm's segments of wealth management clients. You'll leverage your skills and expertise to deliver value to your team and our clients. This is a vital client-facing role. In addition, you should have a keen eye for detail and a knack for streamlining processes and working efficiently.
CG Financial is a demanding environment that is rapidly growing. We service clients in multiple states and through multiple office locations. CG Financial is an EOS company.

This position will be in-office in Williamston, Michigan.
1. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service of the team to meet or exceed client expectations and service standards.

Ensure adoption and relevant updates of client digital viewing tools.

Provide as-needed support and assistance to Relationship Support Team.

Complete or delegate applicable action and follow-up items that result from client interactions, questions, and/or needs.

Accurately document and note client meetings, action items, and follow-up items. Lead the team in organized process to collect related information.

Monitor your individual activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, completeness, and accuracy.

Responsible for ensuring Client Profile Updates are done in a timely, friendly and professional manner.

Ensure all correspondence is completed accurately and stored in accordance with the team standards, as well as corporate and industry standards.

Escalate problems or client issues and bring to the attention of the Financial Advisor as required.
- Monitor your individual activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, completeness, and accuracy.

Maintain comprehensive communication with clients using a contact management system.

Assist the Advisor in delivery of all relevant client service deliverables including, but not limited to call rotations, birthday cards, holiday acknowledgements, newsletters, client events, etc.

Lead and oversee client meeting preparation activities.
- Ensure your individual work area is neat and tidy.

Actively prepare for and participate in client meetings and engagements.

Conduct internal team meetings focused on meeting preparation, review, and follow up for clients.

Participate in firm, team, and division projects.
2. Maintain a high standard of compliance in all aspects of the business.

Ensure all supporting documentation for new accounts and other industry documentation is correct and complete.

Ensure client servicing is completed in a compliant manner.
3. Help the Senior and Managing Financial Advisor achieve their new business goals.

Provide various business reporting as and when required by the Senior and/or Managing Financial Advisor for review and/or discussion.

Meet with the Managing Financial Advisor to understand business goals and the various strategies in place to achieve them.

Support ongoing change initiatives and new business practices in the business.
Requirements:

2 - 5 years of professional client facing experience in financial services.

Strong work ethic and desire to learn.

Collaboration, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident in quickly learning innovative technology and software.

Self-motivated.

Attention to detail.

Familiarity with wealth management and financial planning casework.

Experience with a variety of financial products.
Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, financial planning, or related field.

Financial services industry designations.

Experience with Salesforce.

Experience with Orion.
- Experience with LPL and Axos custodial platforms.

Experience with financial planning software and technology.

Project management experience.

Series 7 and 66 or Series 65.
Targeted Compensation Range: $60k - $85k depending on experience and qualifications and includes base performance bonus.
