Job Description:
The Time & Labor professional accurately surveys and assesses the needs of the client while properly understanding the scalability and limitations of the software application. The Time & Labor Specialist is expected to interpret the client’s need into a functioning process, to reach out for assistance when needed, and to do the research required to meet the needs of a client while communicating with other departments and processes within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedules and coordinates the implementation process for a timely setup.
- Conducts effective implementation calls and maintains contact with the client and CGI Payroll Implementation team members throughout the implementation process.
- Sets accurate and realistic expectations regarding the software application and hardware peripherals.
- Thoroughly reviews and verifies all aspects of the implementation process and application readiness, including time clocks if applicable. · Coordinates communication with key personnel and departments throughout entire implementation process.
- Ensures the daily support of clients, answering questions regarding the time and labor products
- Builds and adjusts time and attendance parameters, accrual policies, incidences, etc.
- Proactively identifies issues and solutions for clients to quickly address their needs.
- Excels in customer service to ensure all clients are highly satisfied. · Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Some college required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or similar field.
- 3 years of experience in the time and attendance industry preferred.
- Experience in technical support including networking basics and communication is a plus.
- Highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and accountable.
- Excellent communication skills, and comfortable communicating in serious scenarios.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and activities with strict time sensitive deadlines.
- Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Excel
