Construction Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
  • Manage construction litigation cases independently, overseeing the entire process from intake to trial/arbitration with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate effectively, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Demonstrate a proactive and self-starting approach in handling legal matters
  • Utilize strong academic credentials to bring a high level of expertise to the role
Construction Litigation Attorney Position Requirements
  • 3-6 years experience in construction litigation
  • Admission to the Tennessee bar is a prerequisite
  • Strong academic background, demonstrating excellence in relevant legal studies
  • Proven ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
