Construction Litigation Attorney Position Requirements
3-6 years experience in construction litigation
Admission to the Tennessee bar is a prerequisite
Strong academic background, demonstrating excellence in relevant legal studies
Proven ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
