CGR Technologies is looking for a quality inspector that is highly motivated and looking to grow with a small company. We work primarily in the Aerospace and medical fields, holding tight tolerances.
Responsibilities:
-1st piece inspection
-In-process floor inspection
-Final Inspection
-Calibration
-Building Gage Block/Jo Block Build ups
-First Article Inspection Reports / Production Part Approval Process
Requirements:
-US citizen
-2 Years of QA experience (Required)
-3 Years in a Machine Shop Setting (Preferred)
-Experience working in Aerospace Manufacturing (Preferred)
-High School Diploma or GED (Required)
-2 or 4 year College education (Preferred)
-Basic Mathematical understanding through Trigonometry (Required)
-Strong comprehension of reading and interpreting blue prints
-Timely and dependable
-Ability to work independently, as well as in a group environment
Skills:
Applicants must possess a working knowledge of the following gages:
-Caliper
-Micrometers
-Profilometer
-Federal Gun
-Federal Roundness
-Comparator/Shadow Graph
-CMM
