Job Description
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in a commercial setting.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install PVC pipes and fittings using power tools.
- Weld or solder pipes and fittings as needed.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure
efficient installation of plumbing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Responsibilities:
-Install Copper and PVC Piping and setting fixtures.
-Cutting, Threading, Fit Pipes, Valves, and Caulking.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Proficient in using power tools for cutting, drilling, and assembling pipes.
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience in pipe threading and working with various pipe materials. (e.g., copper, PVC)
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Pay: $27 DOE
