The Project Accounting Coordinator at CHA is a key position on our Finance team! The Project Accounting Coordinator oversees billings for their assigned business as well as ensuring accurate completion and timely submission to our client(s).
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE
- Associates degree required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting or related field required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), bookkeeping software and strong data entry skills.
- High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multi-tasking.
- Experience with Deltek Vision preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic and/or paperless workflows.
