Our law firm is looking for experienced trial attorneys to assist with our Personal Injury Litigation cases. Our Personal Injury practice entails construction, 18-wheeler, non-subscriber, product liability, premises liability, serious injuries, and wrongful death cases. Our office litigates for several other law firms in Texas. We have an excellent litigation team to assist the attorneys with everyday tasks.

We are a fully digital office ( We do not have filing cabinets or store paper files). Our system works both with Mac and PC. Our brand is among the strongest competitors in the Dallas Metroplex. What you need for this position:

- Great writing skills;

- Great communication skills with clients and opposing counsel;

- Open-minded to learn and develop new tactics and strategies;

- Experience with litigation, contract disputes, permitting, construction law;

- Drafting legal documents such as petitions, answers, motions, responses, discovery, court, and arbitration documents;

- Mediation and settlement negotiations;

- Prior court experience with motions, hearings, and depositions;

- Great trial skills and ability to connect with the jury;

- Must be a licensed and practicing attorney in the State of Texas; and

- Organized, Attention to detail, Multitasking, Tech Savvy, and Work great with teams.

What you'll be doing:

- Drafting petitions, discovery, and motions

- Attending hearings, depositions, and trials

- Manage your cases and develop trial strategies

- Client management

- Attend CLEs to improve your knowledge of the practice

- Legal research and writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
