Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facilities and cabins. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems, cabins,and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians

- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan

- Perform electrical, mechanical, and HVAC repairs as needed

- Schedule and make routes for technicians

- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects

- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Skills:

- Strong electrical, industrial maintenance, HVAC, and mechanical knowledge

- Proven experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians

- Proficiency in using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of facilities management principles

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
