Position Summary:
The Press Room Department Supervisor is the front line of leadership at the plant level. Their purpose is to oversee all operations within their area (zone). The Press Room Department Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that Safety, Quality, Delivery and production Efficiencies meet the standards and expectation of internal and external customers. Press Room Department Supervisors are also morale builders and are responsible for creating a positive work environment for all employees.
This position works 5:00pm to 5:00am, Tuesday through Saturday.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Three years' experience in a supervisory role (required).
- Associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Automotive manufacturing industry experience (preferred).
- Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
