• Uses private branch exchange (PBX) switchboard to connect interoffice and house calls.
• Answers, screens, and routes outside and in-house calls.
• Supplies information to callers and records messages.
• Keeps record of requests placed by guests and ensures requests are completed.
• Completes work orders for the engineering department.
• Performs clerical duties such as filing, stuffing envelopes, etc.
• Operates radio system to relay in-house messages and information.
• Updates telephone directory in telephone computer system.
• Opens and closes DID lines in meeting rooms and runs necessary reporting for posting calls.
• Inputs wake up calls.
• Places welcome calls to guests.
• Understands and can react to emergency situations and procedures.
• Utilizes PBX and front office computer system.

Qualifications:

• This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma.
• Computer skills

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $20.00/Hr. - $22.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
