What are the responsibilities and job description for the Red Bull On Premise Brand Manager position at CHAMPION BRANDS INC?
The On-Premise Brand Manager will manage the On-Premise sales and distribution of Red Bull in approximately 285 accounts in the Southeast Georgia market. The On-Premise Brand Manager will also directly manage a Sales Account Manager in the Savannah Market. This position will require in person sales, coaching, training, marketing, event planning, reporting, and coordination with Red Bull North America. The candidate that is hired into this role will be asked to lead special assignments as designated by Champion Brands and Red Bull. Will work closely with the On-Premise Team to ensure quantifiable results can be documented and tracked. The goal is to ensure that Champion Brands is the best Red Bull Distributor in the Southern Business Unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Continue open communication with Red Bull North America on ALL required monthly tracking and reporting to ensure information is accurately provided by requested dates to Red Bull North America.
- Determine current and on going product needs at accounts level based on yearly Business Plan and Objectives by tracking, monitoring and communication with the Red Bull Corporate Brand Manager, Branch Manager, and the ASM.
- Work collectively with the Sales Account Manager in market to train and provide additional support to each account.
- Visit existing accounts weekly to ensure Red Bull execution and distribution goals are obtained.
- Visit targeted accounts to gain new distribution.
- Work with local event coordinators to participate in local events.
- Monitor and manage all account VIP purchasing agreements
- Oversee distribution and execution of KPI’s.
- Collaborate, create and present a yearly business plan to Red Bull North America.
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand.
- Lead key initiatives and projects as designated

- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
