FACILITY MANAGER
I. Managing Employees
a. Hire and fire employees in accordance to Champion Car Wash employee manual and federal guidelines.
b. Discipline employees according to Champion Car Wash employee manual and federal guidelines.
c. Schedule employees to optimize customer service and minimize overtime.
d. Train employees to perform their jobs at the highest level and to reach their greatest potential.
e. Create an extraordinary Customer Service environment.
f. Lead by example.
II. Wash Quality
a. Maintain the highest possible wash quality by monitoring tunnel functions and timing and self serve bay functions.
b. Teach wash quality to employees
III. Customer Service
a. Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
b. Deal with any customer damage claims and report to Operations Manager.
c. Promote Wash Club sales by reinforcing employee sales training.
IV. Repair and Maintenance
a. Find wash problems before customer!
b. Communicate with Operations Manager.
c. Ensure preventative maintenance is being performed weekly and monthly at your washes.
d. Perform and teach employees to perform basic repair and maintenance.
e. Educate yourself on all aspects of car wash repair and maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $850.00 per week
