Pay Clerk - RV Division
Reports to: Terminal Manager
Status: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Position Summary
Responsible for: Driver pay
Deductions from driver pay (keeping accurate records of such)
Logs & Driver Compliance
Keeping drivers files up to date
Collecting money on back hauls
Ensuring all paperwork for trips are turned in (includes fuel tax sheets, logs, etc)
Inventory Units & Dealer Packets
KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS
Safety and Compliance
2 - 4 years of experience - transportation beneficial
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Knowledge of transportation industry and regulations
Analytical ability
Critical thinking for independent decisions and problem solving
Basic math computational skills
Written, verbal and interpersonal communication
Planning, organizing and time management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation software
Customer service acumen
