POSITION SUMMARY

We want YOU to join our team at Champion Metal Supply. We are looking to hire a full-time Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant. In this role you will prepare and review financial documents, reports, statements and oversee general accounting operations. This position will play an important role in our Companies Financial Success.

OBJECTIVES

●       Review Financial Statements for accurate and legal compliance.

●       Process Payroll

●       Organize and update financial records.

●       Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.

●       Enter Journal Entries and Bank Statements

●       Reconcile, investigate, correct, and adjust accounting information.

●       Perform Month end closing and reconciliations.

●       Prepare budget forecast.

●       Report on the Company’s Financial health and liquidity

●       Comply with financial policies and regulations.

●       Ability to Prepare Financial Statement

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

●       QuickBooks Experience Required

●       Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word

●       2 years of experience preferred or accounting degree

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

●       Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
