This is a direct hire opportunity! Not a temporary gig. We are very serious about hiring excellent individuals and are currently offering a $2,000 sign on bonus!!! We are looking for 1 on day shift and 1 on night shift.
The position we are hiring for is a Warehouse Production Associate. This is fairly entry level and a character based hiring process.
Job Duties:
- Person will be preparing 6ft by 6ft cardboard boxes, lined with plastic bags
- Person will place an empty pallet with a box on top-under the hopper.
- Person will push the button to fill the box.
- Once the box is filled, person will close up the bag, lid the box and move the box via sit down tow motor to the staging area.
- Must be willing and able to clean up in-between cycles. Sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
Salary:
- Pay starts at $16 per hour. We are also offering a $2,000 sign on bonus split up into 2 checks of $1,000. 1 paid at 3 months and 1 paid at 6 months!
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly
- Steel toe boots or shoes
- Must have your own transportation to Streetsboro
- Clean drug screen. Open to discussing past criminal mistakes that are not severe or repetitive.
Schedule:
- 12 hour rotating schedule. 3 days on. 2 days off. 2 days on. 3 days off. 2 days on 2 days off. (Will receive your schedule in advance for the year)
- 1st is 6:30am to 6:30pm
- 3rd is 6:30pm to 6:30am
- Schedule rotates out to working every other Fri, Sat and Sun.
